Do not use this website for anything. Spent over £100 on baby BOSS clothing, BOSS tracksuit shrunk in the wash (washed on suggested 30 degree), obviously a fake item or not proper quality. Emailed with my concerns and basically got told that the complaint was closed and nothing else was to be done!! Biggest waste of £100 I have ever spent!! Please do not waste your money or even deal with this fake website, huge con who don’t want to deal with complaints or admit that the product isn’t right. Save your money and time

Update on order.
I said I would leave another message about this company when I had received my shoes. The shoes came and were great but sadly they did not fit. I had to pay return postage but I knew that when I bought the shoes so that is a downside.
I did panic slightly as I had read the reviews on here about lack of refunds and I did send a few emails yesterday about my refund. Anyway today the lovely Sophie emailed me and explaining she was off yesterday. I have now had my refund and would say this is a good company to purchase from. The product is what it says it was.

Fantastic Service, Fast Delivery and Bargain Prices
I ordered a Versace dress, a mayoral dress and jumper for my daughter and the items came very quickly and packaged well. The price of the clothing was an absolute steal. I’m very happy with the service, 5 Stars for designerchildrenswear, I strongly recommend shopping with them.
Also I spoke to the customer service team twice and they were very polite and helpful on both occasions.
Avoid them, don’t waste your money
I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before placing an order with them. I ordered a baby changing bag, only used it once and noticed some damage on it. I contacted the team and sent pictures, I was under the 30 day period. They said they couldn’t do anything and It was classed as normal wear and tear?! You would expect such an expensive bag to atleast last a few times. Avoid them at all costs, rubbish products and even worse customer service!

Bought Balenciaga trainers for my daughter worth £300 that started to thread after wearing them twice. Sent them back and took 8 weeks to get a refund (only got refunded as I said I was taking it further). Would buy from here again.

Scam company
Ordered boys balenciagas for a birthday gift, worn once and damaged instantly, when I contacted them they did nothing, absolute waste of time and money complete scam!

Placed an order, received an email that order was dispatched early in July
And no tracking number
And never received the order
It’s over a month now
And i never received the order.
Sent them several emails and it’s useless, no replies !!!

I returned Gucci baby hat via Hermes and confirmed delivery 19th May 2021 have sent numerous emails and calls chasing my refund to date I have not been refunded despite being told my refund would e processed. Do not trust this company you will not see your money. I will be applying to small claims to get my money
